The organisation should establish and document a framework for conducting tests of its AI systems in real-world conditions. The framework plan should be agreed between the provider, prospective or prospective provider and the national competent authority. The framework should ensure testing is performed responsibly and in compliance with regulatory requirements outlined in Article 60(2), (3), (4)(d)-(j) and (5)-(9) of the AI Act.
