The real-world testing shall comply with any applicable provisions laid down in the Union harmonisation legislation listed in Section B of Annex I. Any requirements laid down in those provisions shall not affect the application of this Article to the extent necessary to enable the testing referred to in paragraph 1.
The organisation should establish and document a process to ensure real world testing of its high risk AI system complies with all applicable EU harmonisation legislation. This process should include identifying relevant legislation from Annex I, Section B of the AI Act and integrating these requirements into the AI system's testing plan.
