Providers of general-purpose AI models shall cooperate as necessary with the Commission and the national competent authorities in the exercise of their competences and powers pursuant to this Regulation.
The organisation should define and document a process for cooperating with the Commission and national competent authorities in matters relating to the provision of general-purpose AI models. This process should name a responsible person or team to handle official requests and outline the steps for responding in a timely and appropriate manner.
