
Zákon o kybernetickej bezpečnosti (Slovensko)

The Zákon o kybernetickej bezpečnosti (Cybersecurity Act) of Slovakia is the national legislation that transposes the EU's NIS2 Directive into Slovak law. Act No. 366/2024 Coll., which amends Act No. 69/2018 Coll. on cyber security. The law aims to protect critical infrastructure and essential services from cyber incidents, improve the cybersecurity of public and private entities, and promote cooperation among member states. It expands the scope of regulated entities to include sectors such as electronic communications, food, automotive, and public administration. The Act enforces stricter cybersecurity requirements, incident reporting, risk management, and supply chain security.
